Paul took the time to answer our questions ahead of time and provide us with education on the product so that we could make an informed decision. The day of, he arrived on time (and travelled an hour to get here). Again, he provided an explanation of the product and process. His customer service was top notch! He left us with confidence that we were, and would continue to be, taken good care of. Highly recommended.
