I talked to Kevin on the phone briefly and set up an appointment for him to come by. He was polite and had a great sense of humour as he presented us with the best options that would suit our needs. Without hesitation, we signed up on the spot! Debbie his assistant contacted us to schedule the installation and was very pleasant. I was not home for the installation but got photos sent to my phone from a very happy wife! We are so happy that we chose Preferred and if we decide to do the remaining windows, we won't hesitate to get them back! Beautiful Job!!!!

A few months back we had Owen come over to fix our dryer (previously reviewed) and after that experience did not hesitate to call him when our washing machine was leaking water. Once again, Owen was honest and diligent in rooting out the cause and fixed it promptly! Thanks again Owen!

I called Owen on a Sunday afternoon when our dryer died. Within a couple hours he was at the house to diagnose the problem. Within a short time he found that the heating element had burned out. He quoted me a very reasonable price and was back on Monday morning to replace the element. I am so happy to have found Owen and would recommend him to anyone looking for appliance repairs. He is a credit to his trade!!!
