We had put down a deposit about a year ago for a suite of new appliances for a planned renovation. It was positioned as a "builders" package meaning we could make any manner of changes we wanted. As it turned out, our renovation had to be put on hold. Tasco refused to give us our deposit back (they had not ordered any of the appliances). After an enormous amount of grief they finally agreed to let us put it toward a wine fridge (which was overpriced - $200 more than the posted price on another website). Horrible experience overall, we will never buy there again.

If you could provide the store where you purchased a quoation from another dealer that is less than what your Tasco sales representative is charging you, we will match that price.
