I needed a repair in February of this year. Job done quickly and all seemed fine. 4 months later Im performing maintenance when i noticed a cracked panel. I contacted Arctic Spa and they (incl. technician) denied any culpability. No body else but the repair tech ever touched that panel. And another panel that was removed and re-istalled was done poorly as seen by the offset holding screw in the third picture. As they kindly pointed out your tub is out of warranty. Ill go elsewhere from now on.
