Our sump pump that pumps water out of our basement broke. After the next heavy rain, there was a puddle in the basement. A specialist came on a call and diagnosed the entire drainage system. After replacing the pump and cleaning the well, the water began to go away. The basement is now dry. Thank you for your help.
