My exterior front porch landing is covered in porcelain tiles. Some of the tiles came off and alot of the grout was cracked and loose in many places. The area covered with tiles is small about 5 ft x 7.5 feet. I had a very hard time trying to get someone to give me a quote on this job probably because it was a 'small' job. Several companies responded with interest in the job but only 2 actually contacted me to quote. One of the two companies was Goodwill Contracting . I sent a pic to Will as he requested of the area with detail of what needed to be done. He gave me a quote. I requested that he come and see the job because the pic could not show to what extent of the work i wanted to be done to repair and i wanted him to actually see in person the extent of work so that my quote would be accurate. He made an appointment with me and he kept in touch and was prompt in coming. I was able to explain and show him in detail what needed to be done. He was very accommodating and i liked that he explained everything that he would be doing. I made an appointment for him to come back and do the job. He kept in touch by text and email arrived promptly when he said he would and did all the work. I was very happy that the repair was done and it looks very good. The work has a one year warranty. Highly recommend. 110% satisfied. This is the second time i have used this company (2018 and 2022) Mark is great. He measured and explained the product and all options with respect to my newer windows. They keep in touch with you every step to the end. Installation guys were wonderful respectful of your home and installation was done quickly and efficiently. I have recommended Mark many times and the response has always been glowing. The prices are very reasonable for shutters. You won't be disappointed.
