Having your AC broken down in the middle of summer and during a heat wave warning can be very stressful especially with a young child in mind. We've had horrible experiences with previous contractors that installed our unit but was re-assured with the great customer service, patience and knowledge that Sandip provided. He took the time to come visit the home before the new AC installation date and communicated to the team what we were looking for. Day of installation went smoothly and we are very happy with out unit and not to mention, the great labor and parts warranty that Furnace King provides. We can sleep peacefully knowing that if any issues do arise, we will be taken care of.
