Great company to deal with. Hired them for general repairs - fixing a wooden awning over our side door (we are very satisfied with this particular repair), installed insulated venting pipe and new exhaust vent for our bathroom fan, hard metal exhaust pipe for our dryer, window well covers, and plumbing for a new freeze proof garden hose spigot. Courteous, on time, work is well done. When a minor issue came up, they returned to fix it the next day. They have demonstrated that they value our business.

This company did an ok job for our bathroom renovation (were polite and did the work requested), but there were some delays and the finishings were not great. Obvious patches in the wall , crooked / uneven tiling (floor and bathtub surround). Staff threw out nuts that secured glass casing to wall sconce (had to dig in garbage to find them) - as a result we are not sure that the sconces were installed by an electrician. Were also constant budget increases which seemed justified, though we expected a finished, higher end, "look" for the price we paid. Overall this company was ok, but I would not rehire in the future.

Louis L'Artisan was a pleasure to deal with. High end products. Strightforward service. Full custom kitchen project was finished on time (took two weeks, except for grouting of backsplash which was delayed by an additional week), and ON BUDGET - no surprises. Excellent warranty support. We highly recommend this business - we will be using them for our future bathroom renovation.
