Keino and his team were recommended by friends that were happy with his work. We started with a small bathroom reno and was thrilled with his work and the whole process. When it came time to explore a bigger renovation project, we spoke with Keino and he was so helpful. He's got a great design eye and really listened to what our challenges were and came up with great recommendations. He was honest, reliable and the work was great. We've had some bad experiences with contractors before and this was the first time that we were ever able to breath a sigh of relief because we knew that if something came up, he would be transparent about it and he wouldn't leave us high and dry. There were delays, but this is part of the reality of renovations in general. Contractors, suppliers and stores across the board were all experiencing delays with sourcing and things can take longer than anticipated. At the end of the day, I think that the delays were reasonable and I rather have the piece of mind to know that the work was done well rather than rushed. Keino and his team were always responsive and never just ignored us.

I would definitely recommend NK Windows and Eaves. Neethan was able to provide us with a very competitive quote and a quick turnaround time on this project. He and his team were very professional and did an excellent job cleaning our eavestrophs. It's very clear that Neethan really cares about his clients' satisfaction. While chatting, we had some other questions about maintenance and improving our drainage. Neethan came up with several short term cost-effective suggestions that we could implement ourselves and also some long-term solutions. Never once did he come across as a business man who was just trying to sell us services. He took the time to explain everything to us which was really appreciated.

We were very pleased with Safari. Staff was knowledgeable, helpful and honest. They didn't try to scare us by making up issues and then recommending expensive fixes. They also followed up to make sure we were happy and continue to send newsletters to us. We will definitely be using them again!

Items were not ready when they were supposed to be. Employees were very rude and not at all helpful. We had to then drive to another location about 10 mins away to pick up items (and pay full price). Never even got an apology.

Called the after hours emergency number because it's -9 and the furnace isn't working. The technician that called us back suggested that we crank up the furnace and open the oven until tomorrow to save some money. Completely unacceptable and very dangerous advice to receive from a "professional".
