Damian was excellent, called before lunch and work is done by 4:30. After the last two wind storms we had a few shingles (caps) that had blown right off as well as a small section of piping that needed to be reattached. My husband had called a few companies and still waiting for a reply. I decided to call one more and thank goodness I did! I also appreciated that when I called and later texted he actually did reply even though his company is very busy right now, there is so much damage in our area. He even gave me a lift to the bank since my car was not available today - now that is service! Elizabeth Ferreira

Very satisfied with the work. These were the only contractors that offered to install the pipes from the upper eavesthroughs to the lower ones to prevent premature wear on the roof. Would recommend to others. Communications was great as we were informed of progress. Was done over a couple of days but well worth it.

The owner (George) was always available (phone,text) to answer any questions or concerns as well as provided us with a detailed quote, various samples and product literature. He also explained what needed to be done for our slightly unusual roof and the benefits - only roofer out of 3 that did that. The work crew (led by Jake) worked very hard to complete our large roof and did a thorough clean up daily. This is the third roof on our street done by this company. Would recommend this company to consumers that want a proper job done at a fair price. They also have other crews that do general contracting around the GTA.

I was very pleased with Five Star because Mike Otani provided a quick and thorough estimate at a fair price. He also helped us select colours that would complement the rooms with our current lighting and explained the various types of paint we would need for all our different surfaces. His painters showed up on time and did a great job and then cleaned up thoroughly. Will be having them back when we need our deck stained. Great job Mike!
