Keith is the best. I was lucky to have him for the 1 year Tarion warranty inspection on a 1 year new home I bought from the original owner. Before the inspection, I was wondering whether it was necessary to spend money hiring someone to do the 1 year inspection as everything looked just fine to my ignorant eyes. After spending more than 4 hours inspecting my house (he even climbed up to my attic to check the insulation), Keith found several warranty items and prepared the warranty claim form for me. Builder eventually fixed most of the items on the list (and yes, including topping up the insulation too). If those items were not uncovered by Keith and I had to pay for those repairs myself, the cost would easily be 3 or 4 times the inspection fee. Hiring Keith was the best decision I made in the entire home buying process. Keith also offered me his expert advice and help in my dealings with Tarion on some outstanding items. He re-inspected some repaired items for a 2nd time with no cost and provided me his professional advice on my next steps to resolve the warranty issues with Tarion. He also gave me a lot of advice on how to maintain a house on regular basis. He is very knowledgeable, honest, sincere and professional. I would recommend Keith's service to anyone with no reservation.
