Our home is hitting the 65 year old mark and the garage floor was cracked and heaving and had terrible patch work done on it before we moved in. After renovating the entire home the garage was the final space to get a refresh. I started looking around for a concrete specialist and found most were not talking to anybody and it was more - leave a message. In a lot of cases no returned call. But when I called Churchill from one of the local flyer booklets I got somebody right away and she took a message and said Giancarlos would call me back shortly. It was super short almost immediately. He then gave me a rough estimate based on the size of my garage and booked a measure and review. Within a few days we met, he measured and stood by his original estimate for a full removal and re-pour. We discussed epoxy coating and time lines. Very well versed in everything and such an easy person to talk with. Almost more energy than I could handle in the morning. Once we decided to go with Churchill I booked and the team came out and everything was done in a very timely organized fashion. It is odd to say but I love the new garage floor, I knew the old one was terrible but the new one makes it seem even worse than it was. Our double garage door was showing it's age. It was loud, heavy, faded and needed a refresh. We received a local flyer and saw the advertisements for garage doors. Made a number of calls and only Peter from TOHO picked up the phone and even though he was working the room at the homeshow at the time he discussed options and cost and timelines to a tee with me. He explained possible issues based on age of the home etc. When the guy came to measure he also walked through the process and explained everything on how it will end up working. They were so helpful, no pressure to work with. Their timeline was good and I even got bumped up a little due to another customer shifting their install. The installation went extremely smooth the door is fantastic. We feel we made the right choice. Really happy with the product and the service from sales to install. Thanks guys!
