I had A1 windows do a full replacement window (renovation style) on my home. The installation crew was knowledgeable and took their time to explain lots of things. Vikrant was an excellent sales rep and took his time to educate me all about windows (without being too pushy) and worked with me through various bureaucratic challenges. In the end, we were able to do a full replacement of all windows in the home, with all windows qualifying for the greener homes grant and loan. This has been a huge upgrade to the home and a great contrast to other local window companies (who would often try to sell me product that were not rebate eligible or cut corners in other ways; ie. non-rebate eligible privacy glass.)
