Simply put, Navoy at Rockstar Masonry is a true rockstar. We were delivered some challenging news by our hired window company with a week left before the start of our basement reno. Navoy was able to assist our family with removing a basement window and filling it in with a rock faced cinder block in a time sensitive period before our renovations began the following day. We were contacted by 5 companies and 3 of them were in the running within 48 hours. After supplying each interested party with all the details Rockstar Masonry stood out right away with their speedy replies and helpful information. Navoy searched high and low as they no longer make our exact stone faced cinder block anymore. This was confirmed by the two other companies who were competing for the job as well. Navoy came on-site before starting the job to eyeball our stone after seeing our images we took for him and came back on the same day to complete the job with the best possible match we could have hoped for. Navoy was fast, courteous to my senior citizen parents and is a salt of the earth type character. His can do attitude, superb customer service skills and patience were very impressive to us all and we will not hesitate to contact Navoy and Rockstar Masonry for our future projects.
