I had water coming in my basement and called for an estimate. Vlad came out and had the proper tools to pinpoint the exact location of where the water was coming from and wrote me a quote, explaining everything that was included in the price. I was very impressed with Vlad. A few days later in a panic I called to say that I needed my basement done as soon as possible as now I had water seeping into my basement. Gordana in the office was very professional and empathetic to my problem and assured me that they would be able to get to me in a day or two the latest. Well the next morning I got the call to say that they could come out that morning. Not only did the crew show up, but within half an hour Ontario One was there to mark the utilities, and then the guys went to work. Vlad number two was excellent, he explained everything that they were going to do step by step. They laid out tarps for the earth and at the end of the first day put up construction fencing and caution tape to secure the area. The next day Vlad #2 told me what today would consist of. All was done beautifully and everything was cleaned up and put back exactly how it was before the dig. The crew was excellent and they really gave me peace of mind. I definitely would hire them again, and have already recommended them to others. The price was way below the other quote and the first quote wasn't even for the area that Vlad found with his meter. This company is the best that is out there, from Gordana in the office, to Vlad, to Vlad #2. Thank you for a great job!! Highly would recommend them!!
