This company defaulted on our signed contract from June 2022, and a 6-week job (estimated) is now a 6 month job that remains incomplete to this day (January 2023). The company owner repeatedly pushed the completion date back and told us that things in his personal life were causing the delay on our renovation. We trusted that he would complete the work and urged him to keep us informed. We were very accommodating to his circumstances, and continued to pay him as per his requests. Not hearing from him for more than 2 weeks and not having our texts or email messages returned, left us feeling abandoned and taken advantage of. Despite an angry email sent by my husband, who has since apologized, we have given the owner opportunity to complete the job as per the contract and he has refused. We have requested a partial refund of payment considering the percentage of work that is incomplete and that the company is in default. of the contract. The owner has declined to reimburse us. The Facebook business page has also disappeared. We have been forced to hire other professionals to complete the work.

I was working this job for the Client, who upon several different times has changed scope of work several different times doors and swings after doors are hung , and then water a custom barn door built without discussing extra cost and I obliged quite a few changes in this project.
Material was provided by client and many times product was not available to me to make the timeline work properly. Without extra charges I bend and gave in to alot on good faith. My granddaughter who got RSV before christmas and was in our custody I had to deal with her health issues through sick kids . while I was dealing with this I kept thr husband informed , then this clients Husband or boyfriend decided to threaten to rip my skin from my bones call me a bunch of names in an email and left a paper trail . I was advised by the police to abandon the job based on the threats , and he still has no apologized nor even attempted to make any remorse. I absolved my contract in writing before Christmas after the threat, to thr husband in several emails all while he was constantly belittling me , and now Jan 15th 2023 the female party decides to come forward and make themselves look like saints while painting a picture of me being a bad contractor . I do fabulous work and would have totally gone back until the threats came across . Now I will not go back and no money will be returned based on all the work I did do .
I habe made it very clear further harassment and slander of my business anymore will result in a criminal prosecution of the husband / boyfriend violence will not be tolerated even if alcohol was a factor makes no excuse on anyone's part

Unprofessional and eventually disrespectful. The project seemed to start out ok , even though it started a month late. The owner didn't have a contract to sign and didn't ask for a deposit. We were told they'd be working a few days on and then a few days off and the project would take a few weeks. Definite problems - a month later the project was incomplete, wires hanging down from the ceiling, they drilled a hole in the exterior of the house without consent on the last day we saw them, they didn't show up a couple times when scheduled (then tried to say that we weren't here and didn't answer the door - but they didn't call , they just left us hanging), later they tried to tell us the job was taking so long because we weren't ready. We spent a lot of time moving furniture and preparing. A couple weeks later we fired TTE and brought in another service. The new contractor confirmed the job as 20% complete and some was not to code. We agreed to pay TTE for their time and materials ,as seemed fair. We sent TTE an email contract that completed in full and then terminated our business agreement, upon said payment. All parties amicably agreed. A couple weeks after the payment we were surprised when TTE texts us so they can pick up a few things left behind. We replied back, "No", and reminded him that our business relationship with TTE already has been terminated as per the email contract agreed upon. They replied back with several four letter words. Beware if hiring this company. We DO NOT recommend their services.
