I called HTAS to repair my broken GE digital front loader washing machine. Atiar was able to come a few hours later to take a look and came back again the next day with replacement parts. After installing those and running tests, he determined that the problem was with the control panel and was very honest about the high cost of replacing that part. He did not charge me for the replacement parts that he had purchased, and only charged me for one service call (for two visits) after spending quite a few hours trying to salvage the machine. He felt really terrible that he wasn't able to fix it without replacing the expensive control panel!
He was extremely nice, polite and prompt, and I appreciated his honesty throughout the process. Should we have another appliance breakdown, I'll definitely call High Tech again.
