Green Works Solutions were great from the very start. They were the first company to reply to the quote via the message portal. Oswaldo connected with me by phone and left me a message. I called him back and we arranged for Alex and himself to visit for a quote. They spent over one and a half hours looking at the roof and assessing the pitch, since ours was not a straight forward job. A few days later they brought the quote over in person. The quote was incredibly thorough with photos and lots of other details. They also provided prices using a range of different shingles. There was no pressure to make a commitment. The price was fair, not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. The thing that impressed me was the detail of quote, and the fact that they were also part of the roofing crew. They also seemed trustworthy and as the journey continued, I came to trust them even more. They were even there when the bin turned up and was taken away! They tidied up after them and were a pleasure to have at our house. The roof was complete over the weekend and we are really happy. There was one thing that that Alex was not happy about, so he came back in the week and put it right. Oswaldo and Alex own the business and really care about their customers. We totally recommend them.
