I purchased a home from Luvian Homes in 2012. I too am still waiting for the security deposit for grading to be returned to me. I have confirmed with the Town of Ajax Planning Department that they've issued the Town's Final Acceptance certificate to Luvian in May 2021. I have emailed and called Luivan Homes several times with no avail. Happy to connect with other home owners in the same situation.
