Needed a fill valve replacement for toilet, so made contact with their professional/efficient customer service. A technician was sent out within 24 hours. Work was completed in only 15 minutes and in looking at the cost for the replacement parts following the repair, it could have been done for less than $50 in parts (instead of a total of $285). Disappointed in the cost clearly and disappointed in myself for not looking at other companies.

We present a full upfront price to all of our customer and have them agree and sign to all pricing before any work is performed. Often times like most things, there are more economical ways to achieve the things we need done, however some people have peace-of-mind knowing a trained professional is using the top-of-the-line parts with the best service backed by guarantees. We are sorry you are disappointed with your experience.

Our hot water heater was not working and a call was placed to Scott Davis at Flan-Air in Newmarket. Scott called shortly thereafter, set up a time to come by, and he fixed the issue (a faulty temperature gauge). Scott was efficient, professional, and he completed the work in no time at all.
