Overall, we are happy with our bathroom renovation. We chose Jeff because when we asked for a quote he came to our house, not only gave us a quote but made recommendations about how best to proceed and suggested ways of making more use of the space available. And the design did turn out very nicely and we are happy we went with his suggestions. There were some problems with our shower after installation. I think they were due to the shower we had purchased and not Jeff's team. He did come back multiple times until the problem was solved, even though the last couple visits were after we had paid him. Warranties are not always honoured in this business I know, but he did and there was no question he was committed to resolving the issue. It was just frustrating at the time and it felt like it took a long time to resolve - but his customer service around the issue was better than many contractors I have heard about and like I said, I don't think it was his fault that we had the problems in the first place. Everything was resolved 4 months ago or so and we have had no issues since, so overall it was a success. Everything looks great and he and his team completed things top to bottom - ceiling, floor, drywall, paint, vanity assembly, etc. We are happy with how it looks and works.
