I was very pleased with my technician but very upset with the company...they came Wednesday for a repair...the part had to be ordered...it's now Friday and I get a call the part is in but they won't be here until Tuesday...that's a week difference...all diagnostics have already been complete and a simple replacement of a capacitor...they should make me a high priority over a new customer as I have already had my initial appointment...unfortunately for me I had a major water leak that caused damage to the basement and mold...I took time off work to remove and repair drywall...but there is no way in this heat I can under in the heat conditions...work like that has be done wearing proper protective gear...I am NOT a happy camper...
