In spring of 2022 we started our search for a reputable company to undertake our large project to replace all of the windows in our home (32 windows). Given this is a big investment we decided to prioritize our search to find a company with outstanding reviews for both quality of product and installation services, which is how we found Arctic Vinyl Windows and Doors. From the moment we called the office to schedule a visit for a quote to the last day when everything was installed and finished, the service was impeccable! From the initial call, the staff were pleasant, accommodating and quickly arranged an onsite visit for a quote, to showcase their products and to answer all of our questions and concerns. The sales representative we dealt with, Alex, was very honest, had a wonderful attitude, was very knowledgeable and best of all he was NOT pushy! He took the time to navigate through our house to look at our existing windows, provided his suggestions and visions for our new windows and guided us to find the best solution for our specific needs and budget. Alex went above and beyond our expectations and went out of his way to make sure that we were completely satisfied with the service and product. He was also aware of the government rebate application process and provided us with the links to the appropriate websites to apply. We greatly appreciated the fact that he was easy to get a hold of either via phone or email both prior and post installation and followed up with us once the project was completed to ensure everything went as planned. To say this was the most incredible company we have worked with is an understatement. Their prices were very competitive, the staff and installers were very competent and knowledgeable and there were no surprises throughout the entire process from beginning to end. The installation took place the first week of July 2022 once the windows were manufactured and inspected. The installation crew arrived on time every day and kept us apprised of which areas in the house they would be working in and when the work would be completed. They were very polite, professional, and courteous and made sure all areas were clean and free of debris and obstructions, which was important for us as we have 3 young children, one with special needs. The installation was completed on schedule and the finished product looks outstanding! Immediately after installation, we noticed a significant difference with the efficiency of our air conditioning as the air circulation is now evenly distributed throughout our house. My husband and I are extremely happy with the quality of the windows and the outstanding workmanship given to the final product from the caulking on the outside to the framing on the inside.
