Richard, Dwayne and Kieth came to our house to remove the remaining poly B that was still in our home and install a bathtub and then replace the Poly B main line into the house as a Trenchless job. The inside job went smoothly and quickly and they were very efficient and precise. The trenchless job was another story. What should have been a relatively straightforward operation became a two day ordeal because of the pipe being layed in the wrong place when the house was built in the 80's They found the main line was installed around foundation walls underground and they could not pull the cable through and ended up snapping the cable. This then required them to jackhammer an additional hole in the basement livingroom to find the problem. To make a long story short, these guys worked there tails off to find a solution to the problem and fix it so that we would not have to dig a new trench to the house. Richard, Dwayne and Kieth are definitely on the top tier of there skilled trade, they were professional, straightforward and very committee to getting the job done and the fees were very reasonable and the service was outstanding for a job of this difficulty level.
