Can't say enough good things about Superior. Karl was great throughout the whole process. Helped us pick the right windows and doors that made sense for our house and budget. Very patient throughout. We also had to navigate a warranty claim when we found a defect in a window which was handled smoothly. Jay and his install team are efficient--and he has a good sense of humour too. Would buy from them again in the future if needed.

Satisfied with quote and quality of work. They attended to some extra details like the barrier around the hatch that some of the other places I received quotes from might have done, but did not specify during the quote process. Our estimator indicated that their prices tend to be about half way between the lowest and highest estimates. That seemed to track based on the quotes I received, but I feel like we received value for the money.

Sales Rep Jason did a great job answering questions and helping us match the right system for the needs of our home. 3 man install crew communicated well, installed effectively, and cleaned up after the project was done.
