Rocco generated the drawings for our basement underpinning and renovation and obtained the permits for said job. He was punctual, polite, thorough, and professional. He even added a skylight to a 2nd level bathroom to the drawing at no extra cost. I would recommend him to anyone looking for drawings and permits.
