I had Hector cleaning our house bi-weekly for almost a year. He was always friendly and got a long well with our dog, which put me at ease. Unfortunately during my time with him, new management took over and decided that they would remove residential cleaning off as a priority so Hector became absent near the end and had to reschedule our cleanings last minute. While we understand it wasn't his fault, we were sad to let Hector go as we wanted consistency with our cleanings. Anyone who is able to get Hector as a cleaner is lucky to have him! He is hard working and pleasant, and most importantly knows how to keep everything sanitary and avoid cross-contamination in one's household. This is more of a review on Hector, than a reflection of Cosme Professional Cleaning as a whole.

In the process of finding a new house cleaner that was dog friendly, we stumbled upon Simone. During her initial visit, there were some spots missed, but after pointing them out she did not hesitate to remedy the situation. During her second visit, she did a thorough job cleaning. So far so good! Polite and friendly service.

My dog had an accident on our area rug in the middle of the night. After discovering the incident earlier in the morning, I called Steam Kleen and Jay responded immediately. He was at our house within the hour, disinfected the rug and did a thorough job with very friendly service. I would highly recommend his professional service to anyone.
