I have driven by this shop quite a few times and one Saturday I decided to stop and go in. Sunny was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me pick out a little bonsai plant and gave me detailed instructions as to how to care for it. They have a huge selection of bonsai plants to choose from. I also ended up purchasing a potted orchid plant as a gift fir a housewarming party.

We were looking to purchase an air conditioner for the bedroom, but didn't like the idea of having to modify the exteriour of the house or leaving the windows open for the exhaust produced by the AC unit. Instead, we went to home hardware to purchase a fan and ended up purchasing an "air cooler" instead. How it works is you fill the fan's basin with cool water (you can even use ice cubes!) and when the fan blows, it pushes the air across the cool water so that once the air goes into the room it is nice and cool. It is by no means as cold or as cool as an air conditioner, but it's a great alternative for those that don't want to commit to an airconditioner. We used it throughout the summer at night and it worked perfectly.

Normally, we clean out our gutters at the start of every winter season because we there are 2 large maple trees that border the sides of our house. It's normally an all day job and so last year we were lazy and didn't end up doing it. Luckily, we ha a pretty dry winter, spring and summer so it didn't end up making much of a difference. However, with the fall season coming up, I didn't think that we could go another fall without cleanign out the gutters. I had been asking him for weeks and weeks to get it done and he kept putting it off, so I told him I was going to go on the Homestars website, read the reviews for gutter cleaners and get a couple of quotes. Champion provided the most reasonable quote and I liked the review that I read on the homestars website. We ended up going with them and they did an excellent job. They were professional, on time and efficient. And for the amount of time it takes us to do it on our own, this was definitely money well spent. I don't think my husband will ever be willing to clean the gutters again.

It has been at least 5 years since we have had our carpets cleaned, but with the dog and the kids, the carpet was starting to look a little worn. We have been debating whether or not we should take out the remaining carpet in the rec room, living room and upstairs bedrooms but because of the cost, we wanted to give this a try first. Our carpet was a beige taupe color, but had started to look a bit on the brown side due to wear and tear. I called First Class, gave them an estimate fo the total square footage that would have to be cleaned and they gave me a quote which i found to be reasonable. The day before the cleaners arrived, we moved all the large furniture items off the carpet. The cleaners were on time and efficient, I think doing all 5 rooms took about 2.5hours. We had to leave the fans on and the windows open so that the carpets could dry overnight. But miraculously, once they were dried, my carpets looked almost brand new.

We have a large maple tree in our back yard and over the fall and winter, the leaves had slowly shed and were scattered across my yard. My husband had already spent a couple of weekends raking the leaves but it was just getting to be too much work. We also have some hedges that fence in the yard from the alley and they needed some pruning as well. With spring coming soon, I wanted to get the yard cleaned up once and for all since we tend to spend a lot of time outdoors in the spring/summer. My husband called around to a couple of places and All Seasons seemed to offer the best rates. A crew of 2 men showed up and spent about 4 hours working in the yard. They came with all their own equipment, raked, trimmed and bagged all the leaves and yard trimmings. The yard looks great. I might even consider contracting them for lawn maintenance when the weather gets better.

I was throwing a dinner party and I didn't have the time to clean my house. My friend who had used Mop-n-Bucket before recommended their services to me. The negotiated rate seemed reasonable to me but I was a bit hesitant about letting someone I didn't know into my home. Also, I like things done a certain way, so I was a bit reluctant. They sent 2 ladies and they spent about 6 hours cleaning my house from top to bottom. I had to provide them with the cleaning supplies and give them instructions on which areas to focus on, but overall, I was very happy with the job they did (although they probably weren't as thorough as I would have been if I had done it myself). But for the amount of time they spent and the cost, I was satisfied.

I initially wandered into this store because I am renovating my foyer and a friend had recommended that I check out this store for their different tile selections. I didn't end up buying any tiles, but I did find a beautiful area rug that would look great in my living room floor. I didn't even know that they carried rugs. The staff was helpful but not too pushy, which I always appreciate.

I was in the process of redecorating my foyer and I was looking for a statement chandelier for my entranceway. The selection at this store can be quite overwhelming so I think that it's best to come here only after you've gone through some catalogues and have an idea of what you are looking for. I brought photos of types of chandeliers I was interested in and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
