I contacted York Masonry about repairing some bricks and doing some repointing. Daniel promptly came out and carefully inspected the areas I had identified where the brickwork needed attention. He pointed out a few other places that were also deteriorating, but made no attempt to pressure me to do anything more than what I had requested. Within a day he sent me a series of photos of the different areas identified with a breakdown of costs for each. He came when he said he would, did excellent work--including closely matching the bricks he replaced--and cleaned up all areas he had worked on. I was very pleased with all aspects of the work done by York Masonry and would certainly recommend them.

My LG fridge was acting up and Max from Maydone told me upfront that if it was the compressor they could not fix it probably. I appreciated the candor and they sent Alex a highly competent tech the same day to confirm (but advised me that they would charge and made no attempt to upsell me). A very honest operation. T. Reid
