Mohammed and his movers will do a good job. Make sure you get the Jamaican guy and Chris. Give then plenty of water and they will work so hard. We gave them a big tip because we appreciated them so much!
Sean was professional and an expert. They clipped all the trees I asked for and checking with me. Will use them again. His wife who is also the secretary is very nice.
Mark Goddard hands down is an amazing inspector - he actually works for the Buyer and not agents. He is an engineer and has been doing this work for 20 plus years. It also helps that Laurie at the house is also nice when making the booking - they call if they are late or need to cancel. I am sold on National and will never go anywhere else. The only thing/complaint is that the report came a wee late.
We have been using Manners since 2007. And we had more plumbing issues in 2008 and we call Manners. He has a number of people working for him who are good plumbers. Manners is honest and helpful. The only drawback is his telephone answering services - and you have to call them at least twice before Manners calls you back. If you have complex and on-going issues, Manners is perfect. We trust him so much we will never use anyone else again.
Milorad and his son tiled my very small bathroom. I found them to be polite and professional. They provided timely and helpful service. We were very happy with the final product. I had to work with my plumber because of past leak issues and they accomodated my request. The only small issue for us, is that we wished they covered the floors around the area. Milorad made many excellent suggesttions! We will use Milorad again and definitely refer him to our friends!
Steve is an efficient mover and his team is always polite. You pay a little more but you are guaranteed a good job by Steve's moving. They are based in Kitchener and moved us to Toronto. We were happy with their service.
Mr. Carito is experienced and brings back one to one service. He could instantly tell who had done our previous plumbing work and he was right. He is very busy so getting him right away is hard but he is worth the wait! Good humor, honest and efficient.
