The string on the patio blind broke from so much use. I contacted Malcom and told him I wanted a motor and he told me the price he could get the motor etc. for. I found the motor to be slightly less through Amazon so I ordered what I needed with guidance from Malcom and he picked everything up, installed the motor and then installed the blind and programmed the remote all within a week. What I really appreciated is that Malcom has contacted me several times since to follow up to make sure everything was working and if we needed anything adjusted.
