The May 21st thunderstorm severely damaged roof and it was my first time dealing with the insurance for such major loss. AJ showed up the next day after I called, guided me through the process, completed the assessment in a week and submitted a claim that was approved for a reasonable portion in a timely manner. The draft contract was explained to me clearly and once signed, their team came within 2 weeks and the project was carried out efficiently as planned. As well, their phone receptionist Julia is a great person to communicate with. All in all I only have positive things to say about this company and will certainly recommend it to whoever needs their roof to be repaired/replaced.
