My microwave broke and they were the only ones willing to even look at fixing it. My call was immediately answered, an appointment booked for later that afternoon, and my microwave was fixed in less than 2 days. It was easy communication with texting and I am so happy my problem was solved for under $300 instead of having to buy a brand new unit.
