Hi Everyone, I signed a contract with the account manager "Mike" who seems like one of the nicest guys you will ever meet in your life. Don't be fooled by the friendliness. Part of the contract was to pay 50% of the contract upfront for material and the remaining 50% paid upon completion. He received the initial 50% and scheduled the work BUT never showed up on the scheduled date to perform the work. Material was never delivered. He scheduled the work again and again and again BUT never showed up. To add to this, he has stopped replying to my messages, texts, and phone calls. He just doesn't seem to care about your schedule, your money, and doesn't seem to have work ethic. Be aware, and do not give any money to this company unless they actually give you a complete job.
