I contracted with Cambridge Heating and Cooling via the local HomeDepot for the purchase and installation of a new central A/C in my house in Cornwall ON. The original purchase and installation went worry-free with very professional work. Unfortunately, the Train A/C unit turned-out to be defectives and brock-down upon 1st a couple of use as soon as the summer started in early June. I contacted Cambridge over the provided telephone, which was answered and handled professionally by the technical support manager Bill and the manager Jorden. Upon some efforts, they understood the situation and took and responsibility of the Train A/C defectives unit, and escalated the matter to their management for the full unit free replacement. The new unit was installed reasonably promptly with the same proficiency. The central A/C unit has been operating well since then. I am very satisficed with Cambridge Heating and Cooling and HomeDepot product and service quality, and can highly recommend it to friends and family for similar work.
