I hired Brad to replace a header that had been damaged by carpenter ants. The wall had some water damage as well so he replaced all of the rotted material and then reframed and insulated everything. Everything is sealed well and looks great. Brad is an incredibly hard worker and I will be sure to give him another call the next time I have a project that goes beyond my DIY capacity.
