We had a 24 hour window in which to get our home inspection completed and waive conditions on our home purchase. With the help of our real estate agent, were able to secure an appointment with Frank right away. Frank made time in his Friday afternoon to spend about 3 hours completing a detailed inspection of the interior and exterior of the home (including drone shots of the roof). While on site, he drew our attention to any issues in the home, how urgently the repairs should be addressed, and provided guidance on how we might choose to approach certain projects. Frank provided us with a full detailed inspection report on Friday evening, within a few hours of wrapping up at the house (with time to spare before our condition-removal deadline).
