I work for a delivery company and one of our teams damaged a customer's hardwood flooring when bringing in the appliances inside that they ordered and really scratched up the floor. Contacted Warren and he responded to me in less then 24 hours through Homestars and went to the customers and did the assessment and gave me a quote and it was the best quote I had been given. He was very efficient an explained everything that would need to be done and a much less price with higher quality material then the other quotes I received. Will continue to use Warren for any other damages that may occur in the future with our delivery teams. Absolutely fabulous guy to work with.
