The service was great (David was the plumber). On time, quick, very helpful. Couldn't ask for better! Thank You. Only thing you could do better is payment. Everyone (I think) has access to 'on-line banking', which allows me to send payment directly to your company's account. It takes only seconds to send a payment! (no passwords needed). You need to contact your bank to get on the list of 'payees'. Currently you do not appear to be on the list (I checked). This is a very old system of customer-to-organization payment. I would think everyone is on it by now? It works beautifully.

Thank you for kind review. It was a pleasure serving you!In terms of payment options, I'll accept this as my failure to communicate options correctly to you. We do indeed love to be paid via Etransfer. Beside that we have a link for payment that goes directly to a customer's account on QuickBooks. We could not agree with you more that in these times, some excellent digital options are available between client and service provider. I think there was an unusual delay factor in your case just because our service app doesn't behave well beyond the cell coverage area.
