Note: If Bad Boy does the right thing and refunds us I will edit this review to reflect their actions. My wife and I bought a sectional from Bad Boy. It was damaged by the the delivery company, rips in the leather and scuffs due to poor handling. We didn't want to accept delivery but were assured a technician would come see us. They refused to replace it and instead did a repair which is nothing more than clue and brown paint on the leather. While doing the repair he left his hot gun on a cushion and melted it. We were told it would be replaced. Instead of replacing it they showed up without a cushion and took ours away. We have repeatedly asked to return our sectional as we are furious that they expect us to put up with the damage they caused and are ignored. We still don't have a cushion. I finally went to the store we purchased it at and more problems. The store manager says he has no authority to do anything, like that is believable. We are at our wits end and are very disappointed we bought our sectional from them. I suggest you be very careful shopping at Bad Boy. They have no customer service and don't really seem to care about it.
