He clearly communicated to me what the issues were and offered me a few different options on how to proceed forward. We were able to get a quote on the spot. His prices are very reasonable.

Luciano was incredible to work with. He was fast, reliable, a great communicator, and extremely professional. He was able to order us a replacement and have it installed in just two days. He explained the problem clearly and have us different options to fix the problem.

This was the third project we've hired Manny to do based on his professionalism, communication, honesty and attention to detail. He and his team are incredibly respectful - they arrive on time, the protect your belongings, and clean up thoroughly. He not only keeps you informed and updated throughout the project but also make design recommendations on how to improve the design. He always keeps his clients in mind and will make recommendations to reduce costs. Manny is a true profectionist and takes the time for the smallest level of detail absolutely flawless. His prices are incredibly fair as well. He isn't the most expensive, or the least, but for what you pay you get a top quality product. We selected Manny for our bathroom renovation and he did not disappoint. This was our 3rd renovation done in our house and we are so happy we selected Manny as there are a few things which made him stand out from the rest. First would be quality of work. Manny did not look over any little detail and everything was done to absolute perfection. The tiles, walls, finishes... everything was flawless. Secondly would be his flexibility. There were a few hiccups as some of our finishes we ordered didn't arrive on time but Manny was able to continue working navigating through the project to still complete the work in the timeline he provided. We also added a few items as we went along and he was beyond accommodating. Thirdly was his professionalism. Manny took the time each day to clean up, show us his progress and update us on what to expect the next day and timelines. We knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. They showed up on time every day and were so respectful of our home and family. I would absolutely recommend Manny to anyone that is looking to renovate a part of their home.

Here are some key factors that made all the difference in my reno: - HONESTY: Arash made great recommendations and it was very clear from the beginning that he was looking our for my best interest - COMMUNICATION: Arash is so quick to respond to all messages. I many times messaged him while in the store shopping for supplies and was able to get a reply within 5 minutes allowing me to leave with the right item - PROFESSIONALISM: each person that entered my home was extremely polite, curitous and very respectful - QUALITY OF WORK: each part of the project was done with such precision. There were no shortcuts mis-steps - EFFICIENCY: we completed the main part of my reno in about a week. they entire team worked incredibly fast and they were so great about minimizing disruption - PRICE: their pricing is beyond reasonable and fair. They are not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive either.
