This is the second project we've hired Total Renovations to do for us and we're delighted to have them back. Three and half years ago they did an entire renovation of the home and put on an addition. We can't say enough great things about them. The quality of workmanship is outstanding. The guys are extremely friendly and professional. And Mark Madigan is excellent to work with - regularly communicating with us each step of the way. The project is done. We're now at the stage of just enjoying all of the positive comments from neighbours and passers-by. We would hire Total Renovations again without hesitation and highly recommend them.

Lorne was a pleasure to deal with! He responded to my initial inquiry quickly and scheduled a preliminary visit shortly thereafter. Within a week or so, he returned and installed the closet, doing so in a single morning. He was very careful with his tools and materials so as not to mark the floors, etc. The install was great and a year later, we love the efficiency of the space and the quality of the work.

This was a very large project. We completely gutted an existing 1200 sq ft historic home and added almost an additional 800 sq ft - a new kitchen, two new bathrooms, completely new wiring and plumbing, new windows and doors, a new heating system, etc. Mark and his crew were exceptional from concept to completion in every respect. Mark laid out the construction schedule over the more than five months estimated to complete the project. Each week he met with my wife and me to go over what had been done the week before and what would be done in the week to come. His full crew was on the job everyday during the entire project. Neighbours consistently commented on how clean the job site was and how polite and respectful they were. When we fell behind schedule due to weather or other unforeseeable variables, Mark compensated swiftly. On a project he estimated would take a little more than five months, we were only delayed by one week getting in! This is unheard of. The quality of workmanship is superb and Mark's followup since we finished the project a year ago has been excellent. On the few minor adjustments that have been needed, he has responded immediately. We absolutely love our house and have no hesitation in recommending Total Renovation.

A great experience! John was a pleasure to deal with. He called both after the base was laid and after the asphalt was put down to make sure we were happy with it. The guys who came were very friendly and helpful. As per John's suggestion, we waited a month or so between laying the base and asphalting the driveway. It allowed for the rain and the traffic to pack the stone to be as hard as a rock. Although it's difficult to do, people should be patient with this stage to allow for a firm base. It's very important to the longevity of the driveway. We are very pleased. Thanks to John and his team!
