The inspector was very professional but very friendly and informative. He was extremely thorough and found many very tiny things that could evolve into major problems. He went over and above by giving tips as to how to do renovations properly and seemed as excited about the house and plans as I was. This was in all aspects an exceptionally well done service and experience.
