We had a raccoon move into the attic space through weaknesses in the soffit. Sherwin and his colleague promptly showed up prepared to setup a one-way door for the racoon to leave. They also re-enforced the roof weak points with meshing for the roof vents and soffit corners. Sherwin returned a couple weeks later to remove the one way door. This is a project that just has to be done when the critters decide to move into your home. Great job, thanks for taking take of this for us.

I was very impressed how Chris was able to turn a quote around through pictures sent to his cell phone. Once confirmed Chris was onsite to do a thorough job of removal, re-caulking, and clean up. The quality is great and now looking forward to some improved heating costs during the winter.

We called Mike again to replace our furnace instead of cleaning it. He came in to review our needs then came back with his colleague to do the installation. Clean up and removal of the furnace was perfect. I expected to need to change the A/C as well. Mike found the A/C was OK for now, no need to change it. I was glad to see he was not trying to oversell. Now to see our winter savings from changing our 15 year old furnace.

I needed to install a Sewer Backflow Valve to have proper insurance coverage for my finished basement. Stuart arrived with a quote, did a locate and checked the sewer line down to the street. All looked good. Peter and Dylan arrived the next day to do the work. Perfect job and cleaned up properly.

Robert and his team did a great job. I had a few quotes last fall and Robert's quote was the middle of the road with the best explanation, and commitment to do the work in the spring. Other quotes didn't provide all the service and quality that Robert provided. I'm also happy that I did not have to provide down payments up front. Roofing day seems to be perfect. 5 person crew spent the day doing exactly what was quoted and the clean up was perfect.
