After several quotes, I booked Flann Fencing through Drew Flann who we nicknamed "the Flann-man". Drew and his crew were amazing throughout the process. Our yard is large and had some challenges with the pool and various grades. They had no problem with adding a pressure treated retaining wall between 2 of the properties, whereas the other companies we obtained quotes from did not seem comfortable with. The old fence had been here for over 20 years and was starting to fall apart so we upgraded to the 6 x 6 posts. It looks AMAZING!! Drew and his guys worked together so well. Never heard them get frustrated, never heard a swear word and they cleaned up everything never leaving anything unsafe. We highly recommend Flann Fencing. They were not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. We actually only had one quote lower but the owner had a lot less experience. The "Flann-man" is a true professional and I would never hesitate to "show off my fence" and tell people to meet Drew before they sign with anyone else.

In April 2012, we hired a contractor to redesign and renovate our family room. When the contractor ran into some difficulties, I called Darryl from tiny tech. Darryl and Tristan were amazing. They identified that the structure behind the recessed wall built by the contractor was done improperly and would not provide the support needed for our 52 inch LCD television, and the buried cabling was not long enough to attach to the television. To be honest with you, Darryl and Tristan were walking into a disaster. They diligently made some changes to the supporting structure, recommended a different television mount and successfully mounted our television and sound bar making all the necessary connections. Darryl then told us about an ideal converter that would enable us to control the television, DVD and cable box all from one remote. Calling tiny tech was the best thing we did. They were knowledgeable, friendly and courteous and they definitely solved a huge problem. Thank you so much Darryl and Tristan. Our renovation was finally completed on June 20th and we are enjoying our new family room.

We had the Kitchen Studio totally renovate our kitchen two years ago. The quality of their workmanship was outstanding and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. It all started with meeting Kemi who is one of the designers. She was friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable right from the start. Kemi came out to my house and listened to my ideas, then offered her feedback and ideas I had never thought to consider. I met with her again at the Kitchen Studio and together we went over the designs she had prepared. Once final changes were made, Willem, the contractor took over the project. Willem and his crew always arrived when expected, were respectful of our home and did a great job. There were two occasions when they came across some unexpected problems but it didn’t even faze Willem. In one instance while removing a portion of bulk head, there was a heat pipe that we didn’t expect to find. My initial reaction was panic, yet Willem assured me that there was no problem, only a solution, and sure enough he found it. A last minute alteration to the plan was made and the changes incorporated into the design looked amazing. I am still enjoying my kitchen and I never hesitate to tell people to make sure they go to the Kitchen studio before hiring anyone else.
