Paid to get blinds installed for my basement 9 months and still ghosting
Hi, we installed our blinds in 2021 Jul. we paid upfront for the blinds to be installed in our basement too, but we hadnt finished our basement yet. Pious said that they would come in and install once the basement for finished. Ive been contacting them from 2021 October, no response, they said that the guy had a surgery and isnt available right them and that they will send some one to measure and install the blinds. It is June 2022, no response what so ever on Facebook or on their contact number. This is utter irresponsible. When I pay for the service, I expect it to be finished. Who does something like this? I was understanding of the surgery but come on seriously 9 months and yet nothing done, this is atrocious
