We have a 1100 sq. foot condo that required full repainting, and a limited time to finish the job with a baby on the way (and with regard to the potential paint smell). Steve and his team did an excellent job - they were clean, quick and efficient. The quote was reasonable, and they used a top quality paint with no fumes, and they did not limit the number of coats for the job. There were several walls plus the bathroom we did which were dark in color, and they did as many as 4 coats with no extra charge to get the color tone perfect. Also Steve came back to do all touch ups we needed until we were 100% happy. We were so happy with the job, we ended up repainting all our doors and frames as well with Steve. We would definitely recommend this company for your painting needs.

In order to make the necessary improvements to our house to qualify for the Power Smart rebates, one of the items we had to do was replace all our single pane windows with double pane windows. West Coast Windows had a very professional team, they were quick, clean and responsive. They also helped us choose the right windows for our budget without any pressure of upsell. Once the windows were installed, we had a small sealing problem on one window, and they sent a team back in immediately and got it fixed. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and family or use them again in the future.
