They were able to send out a plumber on a summer weekend in Whistler which is unusual. Cleaned up the overflow and diagnosed the problem. They had o special order the pump but went out of their way to effect the repair within 24 hours. Competent staff and very customer friendly service.
We wanted to use our patio area year around and still have sunlight reaching our kitchen. Pacific Aluminum designed a custom glass roof with a custom built railing. The color was Trudeau brown to match an existing railing and they did an excellent custom design and install job at a reasonable price. we would recommend this company and use them again.
