For an exterior house paint, this team did not understand quality and did not know how to manage to it. I felt like I was the problem customer and in the end signed off on incomplete work and lines overpainted because I did not want to take them through any more quality lessons. I removed doors from scope because they could not paint a smooth surface well. The first 10 person days of of badly managed work effort completed perhaps 60% of the exterior trim. With a change in colour this had to be redone. Again, we were the bad guys now paying $3,000 more. Do not hire these franchises. They do not understand quality or value.
