As a trade person myself, I look to hire honest, trustworthy and hard-working folks to do work at my home. The plumber I usually work with didn't have the tools necessary to clear the 4" drain. Roy was on time, courteous and well prepared to assess and do the necessary work to clear the blockage of our drain and the roots that were causing this issue. He showed me with his camera where the issues were and made quick work of it. He also gave us some ideas around ongoing maintenance. Thanks for your help Roy!
